Common questions.
Who can access the client portal?
Every active Acrylic client gets a login as soon as their first brief is approved. If you don’t have credentials yet, reach out and we’ll set you up.
Can I add teammates to my project?
Yes. Add as many collaborators as you need, designers, procurement, ownership, so everyone sees the same version of the project.
Is my project information private?
Your portal is scoped to your account only. Curation, files, and invoicing are visible to you and the collaborators you add, no one else.
I’m already a client. Is my project already in there?
Yes. Every active and past Acrylic project lives in your portal automatically. There’s nothing to set up.
Can I reorder a piece directly from the portal?
Yes. Every piece stays on file indefinitely. Reorder the same colour, dimensions, and framing straight from your project page.
